Accessing Personal Medical Care
At Health Function, the intent is a subscription model that offers a simple, personalised way to access and manage your health. Subscriptions provide cost-inclusive access to discuss minor health concerns online and include unlimited prescription and blood test requests at no extra cost.
In contrast to services that charge per prescription or piece of health advice, these are covered by your subscription. The initial payment covers a comprehensive deep-dive or annual check-in, which is followed by three three-monthly payments making up the annual subscription.
Some health issues are best addressed through a full consultation, rather than online messaging. Cindy will let you know if a consultation is needed. Please note that ad‑hoc consultations are available only to patients with an active subscription.

Private General Practice
For individuals without complex health concerns who prefer a GP working outside standard government‑funded systems, this subscription is suitable. Cindy’s Private General Practice subscription focuses on supporting patient independence and empowering personal health decisions.
It includes an annual 30‑minute consultation that can be taken at the beginning of the year (recommended as a valuable check‑in) or used whenever needed during the year, offering a flexible way to stay on top of your wellbeing and maintain a personalised approach.

Integrative Medicine
For those wanting a comprehensive look into their health, improvement in daily performance or support in extending their health span, the Integrative Medicine subscription is suitable.
It provides a longer initial appointment and reviews at six weeks, then three monthly, allowing close monitoring of treatment plans and timely adjustment of interventions. Cindy aims to empower patients to reach a stage that requires minimal intervention, towards the option of changing to the Private GP subscription to maintain gains with continued personalised medical support.

Ad Hoc Consultations
When life throws a curveball and an unexpected health concern pops up, Cindy can provide ad hoc consultations for those with an active subscription. These appointments depend on availability. Most concerns are best explored in a 30‑minute session, but for something small and straightforward, a 15‑minute option is also available.

Registered patients with an active subscription can book an ad hoc appointment directly using their Manage My Health portal. Once the appointment is accepted a link for payment will be emailed.
