Integrative Medicine for Abundant Health, Performance & Lifespan

Abundant Health is possible.

Integrative Medicine provides a science-based art and practice for patients and practitioners to pursue in their quest for abundant health, optimal performance and a healthy lifespan.

Integrative Medicine Subscription

Cindy offers an annual subscription program for those wanting to take a deep dive into the wonderful world of the biochemistry, physics, spiritual and other influences that is the human body, where the focus is on treating root causes, supporting genetic makeup and modifying drivers and triggers that may be preventing abundant health, optimal performance and a healthy lifespan.

Cindy’s Integrative Medicine Subscription:

  • puts the individual at the centre of health care
  • combines mainstream medicine with that of modern and ancient complementary therapies such as herbal, nutritional, physical and mind-body treatments
  • begins with the fundamentals of nutrition and lifestyle
  • explores biochemical individuality
  • considers all possibilities that may be driving ill-health, taking into account physical, psychological, social and spiritual factors
  • uses specialised functional testing as well as basic blood tests
  • individualises diagnosis and treatment, treating the patient not the disease, often utilising kinesiology
  • offers intravenous therapies where appropriate
  • leverages technology (Oura ring integration) while maintaining privacy
  • provides realistic time and resources to investigate which combination of treatment modalities to pursue
  • includes everything in the Private General Practice subscription

The restrictions previously placed on Dr Cindy de Villiers by the Medical Council of New Zealand, have now been withdrawn and she is offering care for the prevention and treatment of covid-19 and covid-19 injection injuries using an integrative medicine approach.

How it works

An annual subscription allows motivated patients to invest time and resources into exploring, treating and then evaluating the results of interventions as they express in the individual. Those wanting to explore lifespan and health optimisation are an optimal fit for Integrative Medicine, as are those with chronic conditions such as:

  • thyroid disease
  • auto-immune conditions
  • depression and anxiety
  • hormonal issues
  • digestive disorders
  • memory and concentration loss
  • head injuries
  • insomnia
  • allergies
  • asthma
  • headache & migraine
  • chronic fatigue syndrome including long-covid
  • heart disease
  • metabolic conditions including obesity, diabetes
  • neurological disorders
  • chronic un-diagnosed conditions

Patients are required to see Cindy in person for their first visit, and annually thereafter. Outside of annual visits, telehealth can be used if appropriate.

What Cindy does not offer

Cindy does not provide immunisations, skin checks or minor surgery. The service does not provide emergency or after-hours medical care. Telephone, nursing and reception services are not provided as communication with the clinic is undertaken via an online patient portal. Subscribers are encouraged to enrol with a funded General Practice for these services.

Cindy is currently not offering integrative cancer support.

“Reset health by optimising cellular ecology and mitochondrial health, working through the layers of assimilation, metabolism, detoxification and hormonal balance while supporting cardio-pulmonary, gastro-enterological, immunological and neurological health.”
