Mid-Winter Clinic Break
Cindy will be locuming in Australia from 29 June to 21 July inclusive. Please request any repeat prescriptions by 27th of June.
The entire team will be away from 12 July to 21 July inclusive, with no phone or internet access.
Also during the break, we will be getting in touch with our inner selves, rocking at the Big Red Bash!
Evolution at Health Function – New Registration Process
We would like to thank all our clients who refer family and friends to us.
As the clinic is moving towards providing medical advice around healthy longevity and performance, we have updated our registration package to optimise outcomes. To avoid being spread too thinly, we are also now only accepting registrations from non-pregnant adults age 16 and over.
There is no change for current clients and we invite you to explore our updated website.

Oura
We are looking at ways to further individualise interventions using easily accessible technologies. While we have some respectful envy of Upgradelabs, we are exploring using the much more accessible Oura ring to provide regular feedback regarding sleep and HRV (Heart Rate Variability), which we can use to assess overall health and the effect of specific interventions.
To this end, Neil is building an app that we will be offering to clients to use along with their Oura rings. We envisage that the app will provide regular guidance directly to users, as well as valuable diagnostic information for Cindy and Rose.
